What will be your responsibilities?

• Administrative and organizational office support
• Welcoming guests and providing refreshments
• Ordering office supplies
• Receiving, dispatching, and distributing written correspondence and parcels, communication with couriers
• Filing documents at public offices and running other errands
• Maintaining common office areas (kitchens, meeting rooms)
• Managing the company's vehicle fleet
• Ensuring refreshments for company meetings and training sessions
• Assisting in the organization of company events
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Who are we searching for?

• Secondary education or higher
• PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Native Czech or Slovak, advanced level of English (written and spoken)
• Driving license B: Being an Active Driver is a MUST!
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Presentable appearance
• Positive attitude, ability to multitask
• Reliable and responsible person with attention to detail
