FLIGHT COORDINATOR at Prague Airport - Terminal 3

Euro Jet Intercontinental Ltd., European Flight Support Company, specializing in corporate and private business flights around world is currently looking to fill a position of a Flight Coordinator at Prague Airport - Terminal 3.

Requirements:	advanced communication skills (oral and written) excellent approach to customer service, representative look fluent Czech or Slovak language, fluent English, knowledge of Russian language might be an advantage organizational and coordinate skills basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) flexibility to work 12 hrs shifts on irregular and ad-hoc basis team spirit driving license, type B aviation background might be an advantage
Responsibilities:	coordinate airport ground services at the airport for general aviation flights crew transport, catering and fuel coordination provide services for crews at crew lounge

Requirements:	Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Language skills - Czech or Slovak (native speaker level), advanced English (daily phone calls and emails), Russian is an advantage Good computer skills - MS Office, internet, email, databases Knowledge of business correspondence Geographical awareness Good general knowledge and sensitivity to other cultures Flexibility - work day (6:30 - 19:00) and night (18:30 - 7:00) shifts (24/7) Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure and stress Attentiveness to detail
